Despite some snow, the weather was kind, given the season.

More than can be said for the sat nav. Same address in different systems gave different locations.

And some bizarre routing. Alternative route showing 30 mins time saving was just a detour off the main road, through some countryside villages and back on to the main road just diverted from, costing an additional 20 mins rather than saving 30 !

What’s that about ? Bad map data ? Incorrect traffic information ? Dodgy GPS connection ?

Oh well, a long road trip of 4,000 kms needs a bit of adventure :-)
